Some ATCs and a few Bottle Cap Kids

Hello Readers~!
It has been a week or so since I posted any art so this post is full of it! Art, that is! And maybe 'it' as well? Who knows?
I have no good reasons for not posting so I'll not give any reasons. Just suffice to say that I wasn't available to post or I was just too lazy to do so. You can choose which ever you think is best.

An Educated Guess

Markers on recycled cardstock.
This one is dated the 8th, but it had to have been done on the 7th cause I used it for the 365 Project for day 66 which is the 7th of March and I wouldn't have used it for the 7th otherwise.

I suspect you will be seeing a lot of the bottle cap kids from here on out as I can't seem to stop making the little devils. I'm having a heck of a time naming the kids though. These coming up have mostly Latin names just because that is what the name generator wanted to give today.
Eldysia
BCK
6 March 2010
She's made with a Coca Cola plastic bottle cap for her belly, a wooden bead for her head, copper wire to hold her all together and form her arms, her legs are wood screws with a hole in the top instead of a head on them. She has a large button battery glued to her tummy and watch parts glued to it. She stands about 6 inches and is designed to hang.

Vesosia

Vesosia is made with a Crown Royal plastic bottle cap. Her head is a wooden bead, her arms, legs and neck are copper wire. Her hands are square nuts and her legs are large screws with a hole instead of a head. She stands just over 6 inches tall and is designed to hang.

Brandy
BCK
11 March 2010
Brandy is made from an E & J Brandy plastic bottle cap. Her head is a wooden bead. She's held together with copper wire. Her hands are doodads. One is a plastic hanger from a new pair of socks and the other is a piece from a dead appliance. Her legs are large wood screws. She stands almost 7 inches and is designed to hang.

Worosia
BCK
6 March 2010
Worosia is made from a Michelob Ultra Beer metal bottle cap. His head is a wooden bead. His hands are bits from broken appliances, his legs are two different sizes of screws. He's held together with copper wire salvaged from a vaccuum sweeper. He stands about 4 1/2 inches and is designed to hang.

Belosia
BCK
6 March 2010
Belosia isn't really a bottle cap kid, but he stays in that category anyway. He is made from an old pocket watch face with watch parts glued to his belly. His head is a wooden bead, his hands plastic lined nuts and his legs are large wood screws. He is held together with salvaged copper wire. He stands about 5 inches and is designed to hang.

Sarah
BCK
11 March 2010
Sarah is a Miller Lite Beer metal bottle cap with a wooden bead head. Her feet are nuts and her arms and legs are salvaged copper wire. She stands about 4 inches. She's gone off to live with my dil's friend, Sarah in Hutchinson, KS.

Travis
BCK
11 March 2010
Travis is made from a metal Starbucks Coffee bottle cap. His hands are two different doodads I've no names for. The green one is a plastic clip from a video cassette and the other is a metal clip of some sort. His feet are metal washers and he is held together with salvaged copper wire. He stands about 5 1/2 inches and is designed to hang.

It was the wrong time of day to be taking pictures of the kids but it had to be done so we'll just have to deal with my crappy picture taking skills today!
This concludes the ART portion of the post today!
Thanks for stopping by!

Don't forget to collect some hugs!
Peace
